P&C works with facility management, building what has been approved or helping to design the structures, locating fence and security, working with the local Building Officials, DEC, DEP and Local Environmental groups if necessary. P&C has an Excellent Safety Record. Daily Safety meetings are held on site every morning before the start of the days work. P&C encourages every employee to get their OSHA 10 certificate. All P&C Site Superintendents and Foremen are required to have their OSHA 10 as a condition of employment.
